Embracing Technology


As a company, we are focused on embracing technology as part of our day to day operations, and this extends to our franchise package. All new franchisees received a tech pack including a high specification iPad with apple pencil for use in their site visits and quotations. Alongside the hardware, franchisees also receive access to our bespoke management system: Welpol Manager.

Welpol Manager offers everything you need to run your business efficiently, and links with time tracking software, payroll, e-signature functionality and right to work compliance.


Training & Support


As a brand, we pride ourselves on the level of training and ongoing support we offer all our franchisees, particularly in their first few months when they need it most. Our comprehensive training programme covers everything a new franchisee needs to know, even delving into the basics of business, accountancy and cashflow.


We also have a dedicated franchisee growth manager, who is on hand to support all franchisees through their initial growth phase and beyond. Our aim is to help every franchisee achieve their 2% market share target as quickly as possible.
